Leslie Muller

Senior Research Associate

Leslie Muller is a Senior Research Associate at EBRI, specializing in retirement wealth, financial security, and Social Security policy. Dr. Muller began her career as a pension economist with the Social Security Administration and has published research on employer-sponsored retirement plans, old-age wealth, and financial education. Prior to joining EBRI, she was an associate professor of economics at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She received her Ph.D. in economics from Michigan State University and her BA in economics from Calvin University.
